About Mark Edward Friedman

Mark has over 20 years of real estate investment experience, including his role as Principal at Fitzwilliam Companies and prior work with New York City firms focused on mixed-use, self-storage, and condominium developments. He is well-versed in structuring complex deals, construction management, and zoning. Mark holds degrees in Real Estate Finance from NYU, and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, as well as the CRRP designation from ICSC. A Rhode Island native, he now lives in Pawling, NY with his wife and three children, and serves on the town’s Planning Board.
