About Shannon Tully

I truly enjoy working with people and helping them navigate some of life’s most important transitions. Whether I’m helping a first-time homebuyer purchase their first home, assisting a family with a move, or helping longtime homeowners downsize into their next chapter, I love being part of the journey. Every client and transaction is unique, and I strive to make the process as smooth, comfortable, and rewarding as possible.

Real estate is truly a family tradition for me. I am fortunate to be a third-generation real estate professional and to carry on the legacy of the company my grandfather started. Since entering the business, I have had the privilege of working alongside my father, continuing a family tradition built on relationships, service, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, with a concentration in Marketing. My education, combined with 24 years of hands-on experience, has given me a strong foundation in marketing, negotiation, and all aspects of real estate sales.

I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in the Village of Pawling, a community I am proud to call home. I have been married for 13 years, and my husband and I are raising our two children here. Being part of this community personally, as well as professionally, has given me a genuine connection to the people and neighborhoods I serve.

For me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about building lasting relationships, understanding what matters most to my clients, and helping them feel confident about one of life’s biggest decisions. I am grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love in the communities I call home.
