The team at McGrath Realty announced the sale of the former IBM West Campus at 1940 Route 52, Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York. This notorious property boasts approximately 124 acres with 500,000 sq. ft. of existing buildings. Robert Buyakowski of McGrath Realty Inc. led the transaction between USEF Tioranda, LLC and former owners RWHPA.
USEF Tioranda will be building a 629,186-square foot warehouse/distribution center at the cost of $135 million starting this month. After development, it will be leased to Amazon and create over 500 jobs in the first phase. This new development is promised to significantly impact the local economy for years to come.
